The apartments, services and rates:

Bedsit for two people:
living room with corner kitchen, double sofa bed and private bathroom.

Apartment for 2 people:
living room with corner kitchen, bedroom with double bed and own bathroom.

Apartment up to 4 people:
living room with corner kitchen, double sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and own bathroom.

Apartment up to 5 people:
living room with corner kitchen, double sofa bed, single sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and own bathroom.

Apartment for 6 people:
 an apartment for 4 people and a bedsit connected.

The prices indicated are in Euro and are per day per apartment.

Notes for July and August bookings:

During these two months only bookings of at least 1 week are accepted.
Arrival day is Saturday 3pm - 7pm, departures on Saturday before 10am

Heating and air conditioning

Use of the safe
A parking space (car park is not guarded)

Extra services available upon booking:

Our restaurant Cascina Capuzza is located 870 steps far from Borgo San Donino.
It's open from Thursday to Sunday; during these four days you can book the following services:

Italian breakfast ( €. 6,00 per person
Lunch and/or dinner, or
Half Board ( breakfast and one lunch or dinner) at 37,00 €. per person to be added to the apartment cost.

These prices have been discounted of the 10%
In fact our guests are entitled to get such discounts when they visit our restaurant
and when they buy our wines.
