The renovation of the San Donino farm house, was carried out with the aim of conserving as much as possibile of the origonal structure, restoring the farm house to its antique balance  between looks and nature.

The natural context in which the farm house is found, surrounded by vinyards, olive plantations, truffle fields with woods and native plants, creates a continuing integrated solution.

The farmhouse is furnished with simple traditional antiques from various ages, dating from the 18th till early 20th century, in harmany with the renovation, allowing Borgo San Donino to keep its original personality as a country farmhouse and not a splendid villa.

The apartments have been furnished with made to measure furniture according to enviornmently friendly tecniques and natural materials like wood, treated exclusively with natural wax or with enviornmently friendly water based products, stone and hand worked iron. The soft furnishings are also made from natural fabrics like coton and linen, using colours from the land and simple traditional  styles, cut and sewn by hand. 

As well as the possibility to stay overnight, Borgo San Donino has an area dedicated to wine and traditional local products. In the small “shop”, great importance is given to the wine production of the Capuzza Farm, situated in a precious wine growing area, which unites the 3 doc areas of the Brescia side of Lake Garda.
