Lugana
Doc San Vigilio
This is a classic Lugana in its most traditional
interpretation: delicate, floral and fruit driven with delicate palate
and lingering, fresh finish. Produced from the local grape Trebbiano di
Lugana this lively, quaffable white wine shows the character of the
grape in its easiest to drink version.
Lugana
Doc Selva
Produced from our oldest and highest vineyard the
Selva is one of the first single vineyard Lugana ever produced. It is
our signature Lugana and the combination of low yields and the selection
of grapes, at harvest time, combine to produce a white wine of superior
finesse and complexity without compromising the tipicity of the local
wines or the character of the grape variety.
Lugana
Doc Superiore Menasasso
Produced from a selected plot within the Selva Cru
the Menasasso grapes, that make up this rich and refined white wine, are
harvested few days after the regular vintage to explore the full
potential of the this wonderful vineyard. A small part of the must is
fermented in small oak barrels exclusively with the aim to impart extra
complexity to the finished wine without imparting undesired wood
flavors.
San
Martino della Battaglia Doc Campo del Soglio
Our family was instrumental to revive and save
this small appellation from disappearing and is working hard to bring it
to national and subsequently international attention. Produced from the
indigenous Tocai grape (no relation to the Tokaj of Hungary) it produces
delicate and slightly aromatic white wines that perfectly compliment the
most delicate courses.
Sweet wine Lume
The Lume is best consumed at the end of your meal as
an accompaniment to desserts, cheese or just on its own. It is produced
from Tocai and the fruit is dried and subsequently fermented in small
barrels. The resulting wine is balanced and floral with the sweetness
brought to life but the lingering acidity.
