Garda
Classico Doc Chiaretto San Donino
One of the most
recognised and unique wines from the shores of Garda lake. This delicate
Rosè wine has a long history in the region and is produced from the
classic red grapes of the area by fermenting the must for around 10/12
hours in contact with the skins.
Garda
Classico Doc Rosso Dunant
Produced from the traditional blend of Groppello,
Marzemino, Sangiovese and Barbera this Rosso is the classic red wine of
the Garda Lake. This easy drinking red wine offers an exuberant red
fruit character with soft and round palate balanced by the lively
acidity. It is a testament of how a light red wine can be enjoyable when
power would be out of place.
Garda
Classico Doc Rosso Superiore Madér
The Madèr is
the most concentrated version of the Dunant: produced
from the same grapes but with lower yields and from older vines. With
this wine we aim to producer a bigger more complex version of the
classic Garda’s reds. The wine is aged in small oak barrels for up to 18
months and displays spicy red and black fruit on the nose and a medium
to full body palate
Garda Classico Doc Groppello San Biagio
The Groppello is considered the most important red grape variety of the
area and vinified on its own produces highly characterfull red wines
that are unique to our land. It displays an exuberant nose of small red
fruits and a soft yet lively and lingering palate
