Method Hirundo
With
a natural fermentation of 9 months in tanks, Lugana produces this crispy
and fresh spumante. As well as an aperitif, it can be used as an
accompaniment throughout the meal, especially in summer when dishes are
more
delicate.
Lugana Spumante Classic Method Hirundo
Produced the natural
fermentation in bottles for 36 months. A spumante with an excellent nose
and persistence. First produced in 1908 it is our “historical”
product.
