Cascina Capuzza aims to unite wine tasting of wines produced from the surrounding vineyards with a simple and genuine cuisine.

The
dishes served are based on quality primary ingredients, the rediscovery of traditional local dishes and characterised by simplicity. The gastronomic menu is based on local produce, with special emphasis on the family’s enological produce; in fact themed wine tastings and evenings are organised.

The only wines served are those produced by the Colli a Lago Cellar, which uses grapes produced by the Capuzza estate which are grown on the vines around the Cascina. The wines are: 3 versions of Lugana Doc(Colli a Lago), Selva Capuzza and Selva Capuzza Superiore), Garda Classico Doc Rosso (Colli a Lago), Garda Classico Doc Chiaretto (Colli a Lago), Garda Classico Doc Rosso Superiore ( Madèr), San Martino della Battaglia (Campo del Soglio), Lugana Metodo Charmat (Hirundo). From the 6th November Garda Bresciano doc novello Interludio is available, which every year sports a label inspired by a new painting.

The Cascina Capuzza restaurant, is a member of the “Strada dei Vini Bresciani del Garda” (Brescia wine route) and therefore follows its guidelines for gastronomical offerings, guaranteeing high levels of quality and the use of typical local produce, as well as offering a seasonal menu, which limits the use of local products to their season.
