- The starters are composed of various small “tastes”, which range from cold cuts to vegetables, from omelettes to savoury quiches and tartlets,….

- Usually 2 plates of “primi” or pasta dishes are proposed, with the choices ranging from “grano duro” pasta to tortelli with a variety of fillings, to gnocchi and bigoli,….

- The “secondi” or meat dishes are usually cooked on the grill, we have mixed grill which has ribs, sausages and chicken, beef or horse “tagliata”, and chops. As well as this there are dishes with fresh water fish from the Lake (pike with polenta, fillet of lake trout, marinated chub) during the winter we also have leg of pork, roast pork and boiled meats.

- The deserts are all home made, we have the traditional “sbrisolona”, bread cake, biscotti and other deserts created by our imaginative chef

- Possible wines for dinner could be Lugana D.O.C Colli a lago or Garda Classico D.O.C Rosso Colli a lago

- Upon request one can also dine with our riserves Lugana D.O.C. Cru Selva Capuzza, Lugana D.O.C. Superiore Selva Capuzza, San Martino della Battaglia Campo del Soglio o Garda Classico Rosso Superiore D.O.C. Madér
